Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Flowtions ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Flowtions is a workflow automation platform that connects Notion with various external services including but not limited to Google Workspace, Slack, RSS feeds, and webhooks. The Service allows users to create automated workflows and sync data between platforms.

Flowtions acts solely as a facilitator and intermediary between your Notion workspace and third-party services. We do not own, control, or endorse any content created, stored, or transmitted through the Service.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• All content and data you input, process, or transmit through the Service
• Ensuring you have proper authorization to connect and automate third-party services
• Compliance with all applicable laws and third-party service terms
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Backing up your data and configurations

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowtions shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions, delays, or failures
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Actions or omissions of third-party services
• Any damages resulting from automated workflows or integrations
• Errors in data synchronization or processing

In no event shall our total liability exceed $1.00 (one US dollar). This limitation applies regardless of the amount paid for the Service.

5. Data and Privacy

Flowtions processes data solely to provide the automation services you request. We do not claim ownership of your data and act only as a processor. You retain full ownership and control of your content.

You acknowledge that automated workflows may process sensitive data. You are responsible for ensuring appropriate data handling and compliance with applicable privacy laws including GDPR, CCPA, and others.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Notion, Google, Slack, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Flowtions is not responsible for:

• Third-party service availability, functionality, or changes
• Data loss or corruption due to third-party service issues
• Compliance with third-party service terms and policies
• API rate limits or restrictions imposed by third parties

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational needs. You acknowledge that automation failures may occur and agree to implement appropriate safeguards in your workflows.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Overload or interfere with Service infrastructure
• Create workflows that violate third-party service terms

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your account data. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain before termination.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flowtions from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
