Our refund policy is simple and straightforward. If you believe you've made a mistake signing up for a paid Flowtions subscription, we're here to help.
Subscription Refunds
We'll be happy to refund you the full amount if you contact us within 24 hours of your subscription payment or plan upgrade. Please email us at support@flowtions.app or contact us through our in-app support.
To receive your refund, please make sure to downgrade your subscription before contacting us.
Service Issues
If you experience technical issues or service interruptions that affect your ability to use Flowtions, please report this to our support team at support@flowtions.app. We'll work to resolve the issue promptly or provide appropriate compensation.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and will appear in your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Managing Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged for the next cycle.
